For over 80 years, Tesoros has been the name synonymous with Filipino craftsmanship, curating and championing authentic, high-quality local creations that embody the country’s rich heritage. This year, the brand continues to elevate Philippine design with a groundbreaking collaboration with award-winning fashion designer Happy Andrada.
This exclusive showcase celebrates the fusion of tradition and contemporary style, with Happy Andrada’s latest collection taking center stage. The event, held at Tesoros’ flagship store in Makati, is not just a display of fashion but a statement on Filipino artistry, sustainability, and modern cultural expression.

A Designer’s Vision for the Future of Filipiniana
A celebrated Filipiniana designer, Happy Andrada is known for her intricate detailing and masterful use of local weaves. With over 18 years in the industry, she has earned international recognition, having showcased her designs in fashion capitals such as London, Paris, Milan, and Tokyo.
“This collection is all about honoring our traditional craftsmanship while making it relevant and wearable today,” Happy shares. “Filipiniana should not be confined to special occasions. It should be part of our everyday expression, something we proudly wear anywhere in the world.”

This belief is deeply embedded in the Tesoros collaboration, where modern silhouettes meet handcrafted Filipino textiles, reimagining heritage in a way that speaks to the new generation of Filipinos.
The Tesoros Legacy: Championing Filipino Craftsmanship
For Tesoros CEO Maria Isabel “Beng” Tesoro, this partnership is a reflection of the brand’s unwavering mission.
“Since 1945, Tesoros has been dedicated to preserving and promoting Filipino craftsmanship,” Tesoro explains. “Our artisans pour generations of skill into their work, and through collaborations like this, we ensure that these traditions evolve while staying rooted in their authentic origins.”
More than just a fashion event, this collaboration brings attention to the evolving landscape of Filipino design—where heritage is not just preserved but actively reinterpreted for today’s market.
“We see this as part of a movement—where young designers take inspiration from the past and bring it into the future,” Tesoro adds.
