With sampling tokens in hand, visitors can explore coffees from 60 local and international roasters, discover new favorites, and meet the people behind every cup this September 4 to 6 at Ayala Malls Circuit, Makati.

What if you could spend a weekend tasting coffee from Manila, Cebu, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore and beyond, all in one place?

That’s the idea behind Coffee Plz, returning for its second year from September 4 to 6, 2026 at the Activity Center and Breezeway of Ayala Malls Circuit, Makati.

This year, the festival brings together 60 coffee roasters, including 31 from the Philippines and 29 international roasters from 10 markets, alongside matcha, pastries, coffee gear, competitions and music.

But Coffee Plz isn’t about drinking 60 full cups of coffee. It’s about tasting, exploring and discovering something new.

Start With a Cup and a Few Tokens

At the heart of Coffee Plz is a simple sampling system.

Visitors can purchase Coffee Plz tokens for P100 each and exchange them with participating merchants for a small tasting portion of coffee.

Each token gives you another opportunity to discover something.

You might start with a coffee from a roaster you’ve followed for years, then use your next token on something completely unfamiliar. Try a coffee from Japan. Discover a roaster from Cebu. Ask someone from Seoul what they’re brewing. Find a coffee you love, then buy a bag to take home.

There is no prescribed route.
Follow your curiosity.

Taste Coffee From Around the World

Coffee Plz brings together roasters from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Australia and the UAE, alongside roasters from across the Philippines.

The international lineup includes Kurasu, Filter Supply, Finetime Coffee Roasters, Lonich and Ignis from Japan; Naru Specialty Coffee, Gongkhan21 and SOWN from South Korea; Common Man Coffee Roasters from Singapore; Moonshine Coffee Roasters from Taiwan; and Archers from the UAE.

On the Philippine side, visitors can discover roasters from Metro Manila alongside guests
from Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Subic and other parts of the country.

For someone who loves café hopping, it’s a rare opportunity to taste this many different
approaches to coffee in a single weekend.

Turn the Festival Into a Game

If you need a little help deciding where to go next, pick up a Coffee Plz Festival Passport.

The passport is filled with missions designed to push you beyond your usual coffee order.

Try something from an international roaster. Discover a Philippine roaster from outside Metro Manila. Explore Japan Town or Korea Town. Grab a pastry. Try matcha. Visit different parts of the festival.

Complete missions, collect stamps and unlock prizes along the way.

The point isn’t to find the “best” coffee in the room.
It’s to leave having discovered something you didn’t know before.

And There’s More Than Coffee

Coffee Plz isn’t only for coffee drinkers.

Across the Activity Center and Breezeway, visitors will also find matcha merchants, bakeries, home brewing equipment and coffee accessories.

There will also be plenty happening beyond the booths.

On September 4, Coffee Plz hosts Local Legends, a series of conversations celebrating people helping shape Philippine coffee and hospitality.

On September 5, the Philippine National AeroPress Championship takes over the festival, with some of the country’s best brewers competing for the chance to represent the Philippines on the world stage.

Throughout all three days, expect music and DJs around the festival.

Come Curious

You don’t need to know what processing method you prefer. You don’t need an expensive coffee setup at home. You don’t even need to know what you’re looking for.

That’s part of the fun.

Grab a tasting cup. Get a few tokens. Walk around. Ask questions. Taste something unfamiliar.

And when you find something you love, go back for more.
