From September 1 to November 30, 2026, qualified individual buyers of participating Eton residential properties can earn 5,000 Philippine Airlines (PAL) Mabuhay Miles for every ₱1 million of Total Contract Price (TCP), up to 200,000 Mabuhay Miles per buyer. A home with a TCP of ₱2.5 million, for example, can earn 12,500 Mabuhay Miles, subject to the official Terms and Conditions.

The participating properties span Makati City and Eton City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, giving buyers different home bases depending on where they want to be between trips.
