Good news for the people down south, because The Perfect Pint now has a branch in Molito, Alabang!
In search for the impeccable brew, the brains behind The Perfect Pint gastropub [have been familiarised by the people through their BGC branch], known for their local craft beer and food pairings, have taken their passion to the next level by opening their own brewpub at The Perfect Pint’s latest branch at the Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang.
Their brewpub has a nano brewery within their premises which enables the master brewers the freedom to concoct the most innovative, original and intriguing flavors.
It’s a beer enthusiast’s dream: to craft beers in their own backyard. Brothers Alec, Noel and Raymond Tempongko, owners of The Perfect Pint, are living the dream and are sharing the experience with every beer enthusiast out there.
The Nano Brewery at The Perfect Pint
The brewing process itself is an amazing science and art, which the Tempongko brothers have dedicated to perfecting, as the name of their pub suggests. Believe me, it’s amazing what they’re able to make inside those four walls of their brewpub! From mashing, to the fermentation and bottling process, every step is carefully measured and perfected to match various tastes and preferences. The Perfect Pint’s fermentation rooms are even temperature controlled to achieve the optimal fermentation environment possible.
Alec Tempongko states, “We’re very excited about our brewpub. We’re releasing newly crafted beers that are a product of a year-long research from our first branch in BGC where customers chose their favorites.”
There are already six flavors being bottled on site at The Perfect Pint Alabang with names like the Thirsty Dog Wheat Beer, Hoppy Road IPA, Street Smart Pale Ale, Oakey Dokey Bourbon Barrel Porter, Black Mamba Stout and Holy Grail Double IPA.
The Perfect Pint craft beers are exclusively distributed at The Perfect Pint branches (BGC and Molito).
And oh wait, the craft beers are not the only star in this show! Check out their food menu which is curated for the perfect beer pairing experience one can have. Yeah, wine’s not the only one with the fancy food pairing if you ask me.
