Mimi & Bros goes plant-based with its new sandwich and burger fare

No meat for you? No problem. Mimi & Bros continues to diversify its menu and this time around, it is bringing HAPPY to the increasing number of vegetarians out there and those who just simply want to have a healthier option. It launches its Plant-Based Chicken Sandwich and Plant-Based Burger. 

There’s no compromise here. These plant-based sandwich and burger offerings can hold its own. Just have a peek at the photos and they are simply mouth watering. It’s plain goodness sans the guilt.

The Plant-Based Chicken Sandwich is tasty and tender like chicken. It is made with a crispy plant-based chicken patty that is served in between buttery brioche buns. This sandwich is generous with its toppings: Mimi & Bros’ secret sauce, topped with American cheese, lettuce, and house-made pickles. The Plant-Based Chicken Sandwich is priced at P350.00 and is served with fries on the side.

A burger in  its own class. The Plant-Based Burger is made with a thick and juicy plant-based patty, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, white onions, and Mimi & Bros secret sauce. Housed in between slightly toasted brioche buns and served with a side of fries, this burger experience is priced at P450.00. Surely  not one to be missed.

Adding to the  menu with signature dishes and favorites, these new offerings ensure that there’s a dish suitable for everybody.
