Known as the heart of the Philippines given its shape, Iloilo is home to some of the most interesting historical landmarks and churches. It’s also undeniably one of the best places to go for the cheapest seafood platters (baked scallops everybody!) and to go for a hunt to taste the original La Paz Batchoy!
