Booking a trip to Boracay means finding the best hostels/hotels and walking along White Beach, probably trying out water activities, and partying in the evening. And that’s good, a chill vacation we would all love.

We recently took a trip to the famed island and we saw it with new eyes. So now we’re sharing with you a different kind of itinerary, one that will make you appreciate Boracay and all its hidden glories.

Our sincerest thanks to Southwest Travel and Tours for arranging this easy, hassle-free, and memorable itinerary and superb tour and transport service for us. That 3-minute speed boat ride from the port to the island was impressive.

The easiest way to get to Boracay is of course, via plane. Cebu Pacific Air has direct flights to Caticlan on a daily basis.

DAY 1 ACTIVITY NOTES
7:30 AM Arrival at Caticlan Airport
7:45 AM Arrival at Caticlan Jetty Port
8:00am Touchdown, Boracay!

9:00am Check-in at Savoy Hotel Boracay, New Coast Allot about 20-30 minute travel time from port to New Coast
9:30am Breakfast at Savoy Hotel Boracay They have an extensive Western, European, and Asian selection!

10:30am En-route to White Beach
11:30am Lunch at Subo Boracay, Station 2 Make sure to order the Sulu Laksa and Bagnet Salad!

12:30pm Head to Bulabog Beach
1:00pm Arrival at Bulabog Beach
1:30pm Underwater Scooter If you’ve seen or loved Helmet Diving, this is a must-try. Plus, it’s safer for the corals, too.
3:00pm Head back to White Beach
3:30pm Swimming at White Beach Time to get that tan on!
5:30pm Enjoy the sunset
6:00pm Dinner at The Lind, Station 1 Their pizzas are delicious, and best enjoyed after a long day of traveling.
7:30pm Head back to Savoy Hotel

DAY 2 ACTIVITY NOTES
8:00am Breakfast at Savoy Hotel
9:00am Pick-up from Savoy Hotel
10:00am Arrival at Bulabog Beach

10:30am Island Hopping (Iligiligan Beach, Crocodile Island, Magic Island) Don’t forget to pack on a lot of sunscreen and try cliff-jumping at Magic Island.
1:00pm Lunch c/o Southwest Travel and Tours
2:00pm Head back to Bulabog Beach
3:00pm Arrival at Savoy Hotel Boracay (free time) Enjoy Savoy Hotel’s amenities — the gym, the pool, or the outdoor bar for some daydrinking.

6:00pm Head to Station X Check out the hip interiors.
6:30pm Dinner at Nonie’s Nonie’s is consistently at the top of Boracay’s food gems. Everything is so good. Do not miss the Kesong Puti Cheesecake!
8:00pm Head back to Savoy Hotel

Optional:
6:00pm Visit Happy Planet at DMall for your signature Boracay hand-painted souvenir
8:00pm Drinks at OM Bar If you’re up for a chill drinking session, get a beachfront table. Come midnight, get moving on the dance floor!
10:30pm Head back to Savoy Hotel

DAY 3 ACTIVITY NOTES
8:00am Breakfast at Savoy Hotel If you’re game to wake up early, head down to the beach for a stunning sunrise. Savoy Hotel offers free shuttle rides to the Newcoast Beach Front Cove 2, but in case you miss it, it’s only a 5-minute walk from the lobby.
9:00am Pick-up from Savoy Hotel

10:30am Parasailing Parasailing is a Boracay classic. You’ll never get tired of the stunning view!
12:00pm Banana Boat
1:00pm Return to Bulabog Beach
2:00pm Late lunch at Jeepney Stop, D’Mall Enjoy a sumptous lunch of Pinoy food. Must-tried: Crispy Dinuguan and Watermelon Kansi.
3:00pm Swimming at White Beach
4:00pm Sunset Parawsailing Make sure to get your tickets at least 3 hours before as the lines tend to get long.

Optional:
4:00pm Paddle boarding If the waves permit, you’ll be able to surf, too.
5:00pm Watch (and ask to try!) Kitesurfing on White Beach You’d be amazed at how skilled these Kitesurfers are!
6:00pm Buffet dinner at Paradise Garden When we say buffet, we mean buffet. The food is served on a loooong stretch of aisle across the restaurant. There’s something for everyone.
7:00pm Head back to Savoy Hotel

DAY 4 ACTIVITY NOTES
Optional:
6:00am Head to Bulabog Beach to watch Dragon Boat paddlers Again, these paddlers are champions. Be in awe of how timed and precise they are when it comes to paddling.

12:00pm Lunch at Two Seasons Boracay The Four Cheese Pizza and Oyster Sisig are to die for.
1:00pm Head back to Savoy Hotel
2:00pm Check-out from Savoy Hotel

3:00pm Stop by Real Coffee on White Beach – for one last look at the beach. Try the Boracay classic: Calamansi Muffins.
4:00pm Arrival at Jetty Port
5:00pm Arrival at Caticlan Airport
7:00pm Flight back to Manila Time to rest up! We guarantee, you had a good time.
