Taking you on a trip to the Mediterranean seas, Cocos boasts its all-new menu by Sofitel Manila’s Director of Culinary Operations, Chef Bettina Arguelles.
The Cocos menu is inspired by the refreshing flavors of the Mediterranean coasts of France, Greece, Italy, and Spain. Hearty dishes that highlight the unique combination of spices and perfectly balanced bright and savory flavors of this rich cuisine elevated with finesse and prepared à la minute.
