Revved to record history, the Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) rewritten the pages of the prestige GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ dotting two new achievements the past weekend, July 13.
With the help of over 3,300 YClub members, Yamaha Motor Philippines secured the titles; ‘Most Engines Started Simultaneously’, and ‘Most Motorcycle Horns Sounded Simultaneously’ at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
Yamaha Motor Philippines surpassed its previous record (3,184) setting 3,311 for ‘Most Engines Started Simultaneously’ award, and broke its past record (3,177) after achieving 3,297 for ‘Most Horns Sounded Simultaneously, respectively.
Yamaha Motor Philippines also began the day with a huge parade of motorcycles to jumpstart the action-packed event.
The YClub members enjoyed activity booths, food booths, raffle prizes, and dancing to good music during the event.
And to make things even better, Yamaha also held its biggest Yamaha MotorShow 2024 at the activity center of the same mall.
It showcased the different kinds of units the Japanese brand has, allowing people to feel and touch the vehicles, ranging from its sport machines to the lifestyle motorcycles.
Yamaha also revealed the new MT-09 SP, announced updates for the Ténéré 700, and discussed the latest color for the TMAX TECHMAX
Apart from the displays, Yamaha Motor Philippines relived its vision of ‘The Finest In Every Rev’, making the show a one-of-a-kind experience.
More so, they also gave away freebies and activities such as coffee area and an AI photobooth for the participants to enjoy for free in the two-day event.
The fun stretched on day two before it ended with an open-to-public ‘Night of Excellence’ which allowed influencers, local celebrities, and personalities to socialize among the community.
