AI-powered platform developed by Xugbo Technologies Inc. set to redefine how Filipinos plan weddings, debuts, and celebrations through verified suppliers and customizable Dream Boards.
Manila, Philippines — Eventchy, the Philippines’ first AI-powered events marketplace app, is set to transform how brides, grooms, debutants, and celebrants connect with trusted suppliers in an industry long fragmented across social media pages, group chats, and manual coordination.
Developed by Xugbo Technologies Inc., Eventchy brings all event needs into one intelligent platform where users can discover, compare, and connect with verified suppliers—from stylists and caterers to venues, entertainers, and specialty services—through AI-driven matching and personalized Dream Boards that help users organize their event ideas in one place.
The platform strengthens trust and safety through a rigorous supplier onboarding process, granting a Verified Badge only to suppliers who meet compliance and documentation requirements. Eventchy also introduces Eve, its interactive AI assistant, who helps users navigate categories, explore suppliers, and build curated Dream Boards tailored to their event theme, location, and budget.
Eventchy has already onboarded over 250 suppliers nationwide, with verification ongoing across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The rapidly growing list includes established professionals and MSMEs from every major region, giving users nationwide access to a broad, diverse pool of event talent.
Among the verified names already on Eventchy are Effie Iñigo (celebrity makeup artist to Toni Gonzaga, Julia Barretto, Janella Salvador, and Carla Abellana), Imbitado Events (recognized as one of Manila’s Best Wedding Coordinators by Preview.ph), Draft Coffee by Lew’s (a café chain with seven branches in Metro Manila), The Lost Bread (ranked 13th Best Ice Cream Parlour in the World by Big 7 Travel), and The Event Collective PH (Top 7 by the Wedding Suppliers Association of the Philippines), alongside hundreds of MSMEs nationwide.
To mark its debut, Eventchy will host its Grand Launch: Weddings & Events Expo on December 5, 2025, at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati, its official venue partner. The event will gather top suppliers offering double visibility—onsite at the expo and inside the Eventchy App’s initial release—for couples and celebrants searching for inspiration and trusted suppliers to connect with.
Guests will receive early access to the Eventchy platform as the team continues to expand features across 2026. This early-access period allows Eventchy to introduce powerful new tools in stages. Each update will bring additional intelligent features designed to elevate how Filipinos plan their celebrations.
“Eventchy was built to unify the ecosystem, empower MSMEs, and make event planning effortless and trustworthy through technology—for couples, debutants, and anyone celebrating life’s milestones,” said Christine Sanchez, CEO and Co-founder of Eventchy.
As Eventchy counts down to its grand launch, the company invites suppliers and event enthusiasts to experience a new era in Philippine celebrations—where technology meets creativity, and every milestone becomes easier to plan, more organized, and more inspiring.
