What do you like most about being a bartender?
When I meet new people, build new friendships and make them happy.
What’s your favorite cocktail and why?
Negroni because I love the balance of bitter and sweet and it’s a drink that can last long. Good for having deep conversations with my friends!
What’s your favorite Diageo Spirit and why?
Tanqueray No. 10 because I love gin and it is the best for a Negroni party!
Which bartender do you look up to the most and why?
Dale DeGroff, the King of Cocktails. Because he is a knowledgeable, respected and multi-awarded in the bar industry.

My first step into the bar and my mentor, Mr. Poch asked me to shake a shaker and I did not know how to do it. I’m telling you I will never forget that!
