RELIVING a years-long partnership, Yamaha Motor Philippines once again tapped local streetwear label Don’t Blame The Kids (DBTK) to headline the official launch of the MIO FAZZIO | DBTK Collection over the weekend.

The collaboration extends what has become an annual celebration of Gen Z style, pairing DBTK’s signature streetwear with the Mio Fazzio, Yamaha’s most fashion-forward unit. The premiere brought together media partners, renowned motovloggers, lifestyle and fashion influencers, as well as YClub members.

Since their partnership began in 2022, the two brands have rolled out a series of creative crossovers, from the 2023 mini fashion expo in Davao to last year’s DBTK auto salon.

This 2025, they’re rolling out their biggest collab yet.

The new drop spans shirts, workwear jackets, boxed sports tees, outerwear, and sweats—pieces designed to match the Yamaha Mio Fazzio’s urban flair.

Naturally, the launch showcased both: the clothes and the street swagger that comes with the crowd-favorite AT motorcycle.

Held at the YZone Flagship Shop in Mandaluyong, the event drew influencers, fashion enthusiasts, and the new generation’s motorcycle aficionados.

It opened with a blue-carpet registration that doubled as a runway for guests, complete with dedicated photo spots.

A display of custom-designed Yamaha Mio Fazzio units, owned by YClub members, served as a visual anchor, and an instant reminder of how the two-wheel ride can elevate any fit.

The program featured a full runway show for the capsule collection, followed by an intimate q&a with the designer and founder, offering a glimpse into the creative journey behind the line.

Right after the launch, Yamaha Motor Philippines and DBTK rolled straight into the official drop on November 22, dropping the goods exclusively in DBTK’s stores and online. And as the pieces hit the streets, the collab keeps doing what it does best: fueling a culture built on expression, where the fit and the ride team up to tell the Gen Z story, loud and proud.

The night wrapped with free-flowing drinks and a DJ set that closed the event on a high note.
